Snowball Cookies Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and finely chopped pecans.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter substitute and sugar substitute until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • Gradually add the flour and pecan mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
